"We love the sink....it looks great. Just one thing, the wrong sink was sent. But as it turns out we really like what we got much better than what was ordered. The arches on the front of the sink adds lots of character to the kitchen. The bathroom is next for remodel, we will certainly use your site to purchase all the fixtures we need there."

"the sink is great, my wife and i like it a lot but when buying it the web page indicated If you are using a disposer you may need a longer drain basket,the disposer company's all told me they don't make such a thing, i had to thin the pieces down as much as possible to lock the drain on to the sink, otherwise the sink is great"

"Can you tell by my ratings how I feel about my new sink?

It is high qulaity, one inch thick (you will need a deep sink basket). It is the first thing, in my new kitchen, that people notice and compliment. Best of all, it did not cost $2,500.00!
I thought this beautiful sink would be out of my kitchen budget. Thank you Vintage Tub and Bath. Did I mention that it also double as my Daschund's bath tub?"

"The product was as advertised and was delivered in good shape. The only drawback is that the bottom of the sink does not slope to the drain, so water puddles up on the bottom of the sink."

"What a pleasant shopping experience! The sink met and exceeded our expectations. Although we probably could have installed the sink ourselves, we did have a professional do the installation. The freight delivery company did exactly what they said they would do, giving us time to inspect the crate upon delivery, and delivered when they said it would be delivered. Everything arrived in pristine condition. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience....we were rather dreading it, but it was great! In fact, it was so pleasant we have just ordered a bridge style, wall mount, kitchen faucet to finish the kitchen sink and countertop remodel. The sink is beautiful and we are HAPPY!"

"This sink is so much prettier than the picture! The sink arrived exactly when promised and was in perfect condition. It will be a focal point in our remodeled kitchen. We were going to order a 36" sink but due to a change in cabinet layout we changed to a 30" sink which is more than enough for everyday use. The sink is heavy but the delivery man was extremely helpful. I couldn't be happier with our purchase."

"Sink arrived in fine fashion, undamaged and was more beautiful than the picture can show. Very happy with the product and service that we received from Vintage Tub.

On the negative side, the delivery company was a different story. YRC Worldwide had scheduled us for delivery and gave us a 3 1/2 hour window (8:30AM-12 noon) - not the 2 hour window like Vintage Tub had originally set our expectations for.

On the delivery day, we waited ... and waited ... and waited. A complete day of waiting for the sink was wasted away. A day off from work (IE: precious vacation time) was blown. So we had to proactively call YRC ourselves to find out where they were. They rescheduled delivery for the next morning. Once again, not the 2-hour window that Vintage Tub had promised but a 3 1/2 window (8:30am - 12 noon) set by YRC Worldwide. And once again, another presumably 1/2 day of vacation blown.

We felt like we were being held hostage at this point.

Day 2 arrives. At 10:15am there is still no sign of the YRC Delivery truck. So once again I have to proactively call YRC Dispatch in Fort Worth. I'm explaining to the woman on the phone at this point that they are killing my precious days off. Her response? "Yes sir, we get a lot of complaints!" God's witness that is what she said. She then tells me that the weather had been bad and has slowed up delivery. I can respect that to a point - but that was a week ago now and we have had 5-days of above-freezing temps in the 40's, 50's and 60's so I would assume they would be caught up by now. And anyway, why wouldn't they adjust my delivery expectations if they were running behind?

So my concern was now that they had the correct address at this point. You know, just get me my sink, please! So what does the dispatch lady do? She actually hands the phone to the delivery driver who was sitting around lounging in the office rather than delivering my sink! This is at 10:15am and they were supposed to be here between 8:30 and noon! What is he doing there? He's supposed to be delivering my sink!! At this point I'm outraged that he is jacking around and we have now hit nearly 1 1/2 days of wasted time off.

He then assures me that I would have it by 11AM.

11:10 AM he arrives. He finally made it! I'm not a happy camper. I think he sees it in my face. We inspect the sink. Sign the delivery documents and then the driver tries to tell me that he was sorry for being late but the bad weather we had last week had slowed them up.

Really?!!

I asked him to consider that if they were so behind because of the weather last week then he should actually try driving his truck and doing his job rather than jacking around hanging out in the office with the dispatch clerk.

Can I recommend that Vintage Tub get a different, more reliable company to deliver their items ?

Now the kitchen remodeling is not complete yet but here's a picture of the finished product. Sorry for the poor lighting."
